Dealing with Tommy is like dealing with a friend that you are simply staying at his home. Tommy is very responsive and easy to communicate with - I asked for recommendations and he gladly share local places to attend! We chose The Chimes, Violet, and Second Story. The house met our needs and is one of his newest rentals - minor details to be completed but great layout and sleeping arrangements for larger groups - great size patio!
