Step outside and you'll discover a beautiful backyard and outdoor kitchen. Whether you're grilling up burgers, roasting veggies, or sipping a cold beverage, you'll love the space.

The main feature of this home is the Kitchen and the Outdoor Kitchen. This space is a wonderful retreat if you prefer a family home-cooked meal or if you are looking to host friends and family while you are in town. The master bedroom has a full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity and boasts a California king bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are outfitted with Queen size beds. And Bedroom #4, the kid's room, has two twin beds. The living room features a sectional sofa w/ chaise lounge plus a leather La-Z-Boy. The dining room has a table that can seat 8. There's also seating for four at the kitchen counter and much more seating in the outdoor kitchen.

House Rules

No smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking outside is totally fine. There will be a $250 extra cleaning fee added for smoke remediation if the smell of smoke is detected.

Find us

The house is a very walkable neighborhood for leisure or exercise walking. A grocery store a few restaurants are walkable or accessible by bike if desired. The street in front of the house has bike lanes going each direction. Easy driving access to a lot of Baton Rouge via Highland Road and Perkins Road. Parking is easy with a two-car covered carport and two more uncovered spaces, plus the entire two-car-wide driveway.
